Product and use terms

These terms describe the use and delivery of Mind Academy’s digital products and website. Mandatory rights and the terms shown on the Digistore24 order form remain unaffected.

1. Content provider

Marius August, Mind Academy
Beuchower Dorfstraße 27b
03222 Lübbenau, district Klein Beuchow
Germany

Email: kontakt@spreepc.de

2. Digistore24 reseller relationship

Where a product is purchased through a linked Digistore24 order form, Digistore24 GmbH acts as reseller and is the buyer’s contractual seller. Digistore24 processes the order and payment, issues the invoice and confirmation, and administers statutory withdrawal and the configured return process. The terms, privacy information, price, tax, payment, and withdrawal information displayed on the Digistore24 order form govern that purchase.

Mind Academy remains responsible for the product content, accurate product descriptions, delivery materials, and content-related support.

3. Products and included material

The selected sales page and order form identify the exact product and included files. Mind Academy programs are finite, self-paced educational products. Depending on the product, delivery may include a browser-based course package, PDF and editable DOCX playbooks, CSV worksheets, Markdown templates, and other files named on the sales page.

The programs provide general education about focus, product development, and content systems. They do not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

4. Price, payment, and delivery

The total price, taxes, currency, available payment methods, and any legally required information are displayed before purchase on the Digistore24 order form. The current products are offered as one-time purchases unless that order form expressly states otherwise.

After successful payment, the product is made available digitally through the Digistore24 order-confirmation page and confirmation email. Buyers should save the delivered files and keep their order confirmation. Content-related delivery problems can be reported to kontakt@spreepc.de; payment and order questions can also be handled through the buyer-support options in the Digistore24 confirmation.

5. Technical requirements and local data

Use requires a device capable of downloading and extracting ZIP archives, a current browser with JavaScript and local storage enabled, and software capable of opening the included PDF, DOCX, CSV, or Markdown files. An internet connection is required for purchase and initial download. The downloaded browser course itself is designed to work locally.

Course progress and notes are stored only in the browser profile used to open the course. They are not synchronized between devices, backed up by Mind Academy, or recoverable by Mind Academy. Clearing browser data or switching browsers may remove them; the course provides a local notes export where available.

6. Personal-use license

Upon full payment, the buyer receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased material for their own learning and internal business activity. The buyer may make reasonable backup copies for personal use.

The buyer may not resell, sublicense, publish, upload, distribute, share account or download access, remove ownership notices, or present the material as their own. The underlying copyright and all rights not expressly granted remain with Mind Academy.

7. No result guarantee

No revenue, profit, audience growth, productivity, or other result is promised. Examples and frameworks are educational. Results depend on the buyer’s decisions, circumstances, market, execution, and factors outside Mind Academy’s control.

8. Updates and availability

The purchase includes the edition and files described at the time of purchase. Future revisions, additional products, hosted access, personal coaching, and ongoing support are not included unless the sales page and order form expressly say so. No “lifetime” hosted service is promised.

9. Returns and withdrawal

The published return information summarizes the configured 60-day contractual return period. Statutory withdrawal information, any consent relating to early delivery of digital content, and the binding process are presented by Digistore24 during checkout and in the order confirmation.

10. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, liability under the German Product Liability Act, an expressly assumed guarantee, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. For a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to damage that was typical and foreseeable when the contract was concluded. Mandatory consumer and warranty rights remain unaffected.

11. Applicable law

German law applies to use of the Mind Academy content, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice does not remove mandatory protections of the country in which they habitually reside. A venue agreement applies only where legally permitted. The separate buyer contract with Digistore24 is governed by the terms shown by Digistore24.
