Returns and refunds

This page summarizes the return arrangement intended for Mind Academy products sold through Digistore24. The return setting shown on the Digistore24 order form and order confirmation is authoritative for each purchase.

60-day contractual return period

Mind Academy products offered through the English-language sales page are configured with a 60-day contractual return period, beginning with the first successful payment. A customer may request return of the product during that period without having to publish a review or provide an extensive justification.

How to request a return

Use the buyer-support or return link in the Digistore24 order confirmation email or order-confirmation page. The customer may also contact kontakt@spreepc.de. Include the Digistore24 order ID and, where possible, write from the email address used for the purchase so the order can be identified.

Digistore24 GmbH is the reseller and buyer’s contractual seller. It therefore processes refunds and statutory withdrawal requests. Refund timing depends on Digistore24 and the payment method used.

Effect of a refund

When a full refund is issued, the personal-use license ends. The customer must stop using the product and delete downloaded copies and backups. Download access may be deactivated by Digistore24.

Technical non-delivery or incorrect files

If the download link is missing, fails, or delivers the wrong or incomplete product, contact kontakt@spreepc.de with the order ID and a concise description. We will first try to restore correct delivery promptly. This does not restrict the return period, statutory warranty rights, or any remedy available through Digistore24.

Statutory withdrawal rights

The contractual 60-day return period is separate from statutory consumer rights. Digistore24 provides the legally required withdrawal information on the order form and in the order confirmation. For digital content, Digistore24 may ask for express consent to begin delivery before the statutory withdrawal period ends and acknowledgment of the legal consequences. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
